I think I remember considering Rey's World Heavyweight Championship win when I wrote that, but I decided not to include it because at the time, there were two "top belts," but there was clearly an A belt and a B belt, with the real top belt on Raw and the lesser belt on Smackdown, and Rey only got the latter. There have been more than just two masked wrestlers who have won the WWF/WWE’s highest championship title.
Rey Mysterio is the third and most recent, winning the title in July 2011.
So go back, rewrite it, and resubmit it.
