I keep an informal list of "things that are now right wing, according to stupid clickbait articles" and off the top of my head it now includes soup, horticulture, motherhood, men, physical fitness, The Lord of the Rings, men, the idea of "normality", Taylor Swift among many others, all of which leads me to wonder if the central challenge with "winging" language might be stability
Yeah, upon reflection, I think the main thing holding back such a development is the same thing keeping back anyone from creating a new language: it's all done in a vacuum, in virtual space, away from real everyday socializing. Whenever people start politically labeling random objects or abstract concepts, it's all on clickbait articles, like you say. For it to stick you'd have to have the associations spreading block by block, not blog by blog
